Our roots began when we broke ground as a production home builder but we have shifted to becoming one of Idaho’s most sought-after semi-custom home builder. Brian Falck

Brian Falck

Co-Owner

Brian has been co-owner of Pioneer Homes for 24 years, and has been in the home building industry for 30 years. With a degree in Accounting and as a CPA, he worked six years for a “Big Six” accounting firm, a couple of large corporations and a couple of small privately held entities prior to partnering with Paul to start Pioneer Homes. Brian oversees the General Operations, Administrative and Finance side of the building process, emphasizing consistent quality always. When he has some free time, Brian enjoys CrossFit, Hiking, working in the yard and spending time with his family.

Paul Rhoades

Paul Rhoades

Co-Owner

Paul has over 40 years of experience in building homes, starting out as a young man working for a carpenters and millworks union. With all of his experience, Paul is a natural at running the job sites as Pioneer Homes co-owner, ensuring consistent quality always in each home built, from start to finish. When Paul is not on a job site, he’s playing with his two grandchildren, looking forward to duck and goose seasons and spending time in his vegetable garden.

Ben Brown

Superintendent

Ben’s 40 plus years of experience in building homes gives him all the qualities needed to superintend Pioneer Homes’ job sites. He has worked in all areas of the industry, and worked with Pioneer Homes for five years with a short hiatus until his return in 2019. His attention to consistent quality always can be seen in each finished home. Ben loves the outdoors, and every Fall is known to be hunting elk and deer. He has a notorious sweet tooth and enjoys spending time with his 17 grandchildren.

Cheryl Sable

Cheryl Sable

Permit Processing/Plan Review/Quotes

Cheryl strives for consistent quality always as she submits permit requests, reviews Pioneer Homes’ plans and gathers information to request quotes from subcontractors. Cheryl has over 20 years of experience working for local city government in their Building Services Departments, and over 25 years of experience in administrative support. Her favorite pastime is fishing. She also enjoys spending time in the mountains with a camp fire and encouraging her friends.

Stacie Allensworth

Stacie Allensworth

Accounts Payable/Warranties

Stacie spends most of her time in the Pioneer Homes office attending to homeowner warranty requests and processing invoices for payment. She has over 29 years of experience in the administration of office tasks, and focuses on consistent quality always for the homeowners and in the office duties she performs. When not in the office, she enjoys spending time with family, reading historical fiction in her hammock (weather permitting) and gardening in her yard.

Each home we build is backed by a 1-year warranty. For continued satisfaction, our Warranty Department is available to assist with issues or concerns regarding your new home for one year following your closing date.
